Living where pesto was invented, store bought is so bad I wouldn't even call it pesto, not even here in Italy. I can't imagine how bad it is there. When you use store bought tomato sauce, sure it's really bad, but it's still tomato sauce. Instead pesto is just something different.

Thats great if Lithium actually works for you. Several years ago, I was struggling after my sister was brutally m*rdered. A close relative had me involuntarily committed. I was forced to start lithium after the doctor there incorrectly diagnosed me with bipolar. They wouldnt let me leave until I got on lithium and I had to agree to outpatient blood testing every few days to test the lithium levels in my blood. It was one of the WORST experiences Ive ever had. My vision was effected and alternated between a yellow and a blue hue and I had terrible ueges to harn myself. I itched everywhere and scratched my skin off my legs. I got out of there and stopped taking the lithium. Really, the problem was that I was just struggling with how brutally my sister's life was taken AND my narcissist ex husband was using my children to torment me about it. This all happened while I was divorcing and I hadn't figured out yet that my ex was a narcissist and that me and my children had suffered narcissistic abuse. I have heard lithium does work wonders for some people with bi polar, but Im not bipolar and those doctors in thay psych ward were oblivious to the signs that somebody is suffering from psychological torture. They also psychologically tortured me and medicinally and institutionally and used mental health laws to do it legally. So many of the patients there were also suffering and being mistreated. There should be investigators under cover as patients in psych wards to get the perspective of the patients and to see how doctors, nurses and other health care workers treat the human beings stuck there in their care. One of the therapists leading group therapy told me I'd be there longer if I didnt participate in the group therapy. Thats a sure way to get patients to lie and to just pretend and tell you whatever you want to hear so they can get out of there. Most people that have been abused by a controlling parent, guardian, partner or whoever, has learned how to do that so telling that to people being involuntarily held in a psych ward, is just continuing the cycle of abuse in their lives. Anyhoo, that experience was just one of the several diagnostic merry go 'rounds I went through that determined I am NOT bi polar, I am NOT BPD, I was actually suffering abuse, am ADHD, slightly Autistic and have C-PTSD. I don't have any of the other diagnoses a couple people in my life have tried to use to call me crazy so they didn't have to be held accountable for their behavior. Not that a bipolar diagnosis means a person is crazy. It doesn't mean a person is crazy. It just means they're bipolar. 🤷
